Return Policy
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Merchandise must have all tags, including any Soul Of The Rose® hangtags, attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
U.S. Hassle-Free Returns
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Log in to your Soul Of The Rose account. If you don’t have an account, enter your order number and last name to find your order.
Select the order or item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.
Choose a return for store credit or for a refund. Please note, returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
Drop off at your nearest UPS location.
International Returns
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Store Credit
Online Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.souloftherose.com
Online Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Please treat Online Store Credit like cash.
Online Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
Online Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our online store.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit never expires.
Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your Soul Of The Rose account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
